From an early age, sound and creativity were the ways I made sense of the world. They offered a direct, intuitive language — a means of processing experience, regulating my inner state, and finding clarity.

This orientation toward expression naturally led me into storytelling and creative practice, where I developed a strong foundation in listening, structure, and communication, while remaining deeply attuned to the subtler, felt dimensions of experience.

Over time, I recognised the need to work in a way that allowed greater creative freedom and embodied presence. Rather than continuing along commercially depleting paths, I chose to return to the practices that had always felt most alive and truthful to me — sound, voice, art and intuition — and to cultivate them with depth and intention.

Through training in sound therapy and sustained engagement with my creative work, I learned to create from a place of steadiness rather than effort, allowing my voice and perspective to take up space with greater ease and authenticity.

As this work evolved, it began to find its form in the world. In 2023, I held my first solo art exhibition. In 2024, I organised and hosted the first Mountmellick Heritage and Arts Festival. In 2026 I wrote and produced my first stage play When the Colour Went Away, which debuted at our event Page to Stage.

Alongside these projects, collaborations emerged organically — including sound-based offerings and the publication of my writing and poetry. What became increasingly clear was the value of creating spaces that invite people to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their own inner rhythms.

Today, my work centres on holding those spaces. Through sound, art, astrology, card reading and facilitation, I create grounded, attentive environments that support clarity, creative renewal, and deeper self-listening. Shaped by lived experience and careful presence, my approach supports people in moving beyond inherited limitations and reconnecting with the quiet voice within.
