My story
From an early age, sound and creativity were ways I made sense of the world. They offered a direct, intuitive language — a means of processing experience, regulating my inner state, and finding clarity.
This orientation toward expression naturally led me into storytelling and creative practice. Over time, I developed a strong foundation in listening, structure, and communication, while remaining closely attuned to the subtler, felt dimensions of experience.
Gradually, I recognised the need to work in a way that allowed greater creative freedom and embodied presence. Rather than continuing along externally defined paths, I chose to return to the practices that had always felt most alive and truthful to me — sound, voice, and art — and to develop them with depth and care.
Through training in sound therapy and sustained engagement with my own creative work, I learned to create from a place of steadiness rather than effort, and to allow my voice and perspective to take up space without strain.
As this work developed, it began to find its form in the world. In 2023, I held my first solo art exhibition. In 2024, I organised and hosted the first Mountmellick Heritage and Arts Festival, alongside facilitating open mics, poetry evenings, and theatrical performances rooted in my own writing.
Alongside these projects, collaborations emerged naturally — including sound-based offerings and the publication of my writing and poetry. What became increasingly clear was the value of spaces that invite people to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their own inner rhythms.
Today, my work centres on creating those spaces. Through sound, art, astrology, and facilitation, I offer grounded, attentive environments that support clarity, creative renewal, and deeper self-listening. My approach is shaped by lived experience and careful presence, supporting people to move beyond inherited limitations and to reconnect with the quiet voice within.
